I have a lenovo laptop bag( non-leather) which has become very dirty due to dust etc.. is it possible to wash the bag.. ?
Hand wash in cool soapy water or throw in your washing machine on gentle or hand wash cycle. (Do NOT put anything else in with it.) Then, let it air dry. If you hand wash it, rinse it in cool water and then put in your washing machine on spin to get excess water out and let air dry.

How can I transport my backpack & Laptop case on my bike w/ out purchasing anything?
I need a way to commute to school and work on my bike but I have a backpack with heavy text books and also a small laptop case to carry. My bike is a 24"(referring to the size of the wheel, I think) mountain bike that does not have a rear rack or anything. I need an efficient way to be able to easily transport my back pack and laptop case while commuting to school and work on my bike.
I don't have enough money for a car, and I don't know how to drive either.
Unless you can leave some books at home and put the laptop in the back pack, you haven't much choice. Maybe if the laptop case has a handle of some sort, fit the backpack straps through it and then over your shoulders. A small basket to fit on the handlebars shouldn't cost too much.

How can I safely carry my laptop?
I bought a laptop backpack today and it came with a removeable laptop case soo should I load my laptop (in the case) in the back near where my back is or should I load it in front of my books facing away from my body? Also, should I put my laptop in with the screen facing my books or away from my books? Thanks!
Since it weighs several pounds, you should put it in the backpack so it is close to your back. Since the lid will be closed, it doesn't matter which side is out.
